  • Medals and Crowns Making Activity ( Classes KG-2)

    “God could not be everywhere, and therefore He made mothers.” – Rudyard Kipling At St. Jude’s School, Mother’s Day was celebrated with warmth, creativity, and heartfelt expressions on the 9th of May 2025 by the Students of Classes KG to 2. The young children poured their love into handmade gifts that reflected the special place their mothers hold in their hearts. To celebrate the special bond of Mother’s Day, the Students created vibrant “Best Mom” medals and glittering crowns. Using bright chart paper, shiny sequins, ribbons, stickers, and colours, the children crafted their masterpieces with great care and joy. The medals were neatly cut into circles and stars, then wrote beautiful words for their wonderful mothers. The crowns sparkled with shapes of heart and star .Teachers assisted the children in shaping and securing the crowns with paper bands, making them easy to wear. The Classrooms buzzed with excitement as Students eagerly spoke about their mothers while working on their creations. The activity not only encouraged creativity and fine motor skills but also helped the children express gratitude and affection in the most touching way. Teachers guided them in writing short messages and added a personal touch, making each crown and medal truly one of a kind. Students took this special craft home to show their love and appreciation for their mothers. Their joyful faces reflected the pride they felt in creating something meaningful. It was a simple yet heartfelt gesture that brought smiles, warm hugs, and unforgettable moments, reminding us all of the irreplaceable bond between a mother and her child.
