Rendezvous – Inter House Creative Writing Competition
St. Jude’s School recently witnessed a vibrant celebration of imagination and expression through the Inter-House Creative Writing Contest. The Event brought together budding writers from different Houses, providing them with a platform to showcase their literary talent and creativity. The participants enthusiastically engaged in crafting stories, poems and essays on thought-provoking themes. With pens in hand and ideas flowing freely, the young writers painted vivid pictures through their words, reflecting originality, depth, and a strong command over language. The atmosphere was filled with quiet concentration, occasionally interrupted by moments of inspiration as Students poured their thoughts onto paper. The Contest aimed to nurture creative thinking, enhance writing skills and encourage students to express themselves confidently. Each entry was judged on the basis of content, creativity, coherence, vocabulary, and overall presentation. They were appreciated for their effort and imagination, making the judgement process both challenging and rewarding. The Results were as follows:- First - Vaishanvi Tiwarai (12 Sci C). Second - Arshiya Gupta (12 Com B). Third - Saksham Rajput (12 Sci B) and Amishi Jain (9 Sci C). The Event concluded on a high note, celebrating not just the winners but the spirit of participation and the joy of creative expression. Such initiatives continue to inspire Students to explore the power of words and develop a lifelong love for writing.
