Manav Jangid is chosen to represent India at the World Karate Championship

In the world of martial arts few achievements 'shine as brightly as becoming a National Karate Champion. This accolade not only signifies exceptional skills and dedication but also marks the culmination of years of rigorous training and personal sacrifice. We at St. Jude’s School, are extremely proud of class 12th Student Manav Jangid who has recently earned this prestigious title organized by the Karate India Association.
Manav's journey to the top offers both inspiration and insight into the world of competitive Karate. Manav Jangid began his Karate journey at the age of 7 years drawn to the art’s combination of physical discipline and mental focus. Starting with basic forms and techniques, he quickly demonstrated a natural talent and an unwavering commitment to the sport.
The road to becoming a National Karate Champion involved a relentless pursuit of excellence and overcoming numerous challenges. Training regimes were intense and Manav had to cultivate strategic thinking and mental resilience to excellence in high-stakes Competitions.
Manav won his first medal a Bronze in 2016 at the Uttarakhand State Karate Do Federation at the age of 8 years. With every victory and setback, Manav refined his techniques and strategies, steadily climbing the ranks.
The culmination of his hard work and dedication came at the recent National Karate Championship hosted by the Uttarakhand Karate Association. The victory was a moment of immense pride, not just for Manav Jangid but for his coaches, family St. Jude’s School and the Karate community that supported him throughout his journey.
