Mother’s Day Activity – Classes 3 to 5
“Mothers hold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever.” St. Jude’s School came alive with creativity, love, and heartfelt gratitude as students from Classes 3, 4, and 5 celebrated Mother’s Day with a series of delightful and meaningful activities Mother’s Day is a special occasion to honour the selfless love and dedication of mothers. It is a day to show appreciation for their tireless efforts, unwavering support, and unconditional care. Handprint Art – A Touch of Love The little artists of Class 3 created colourful handprint flowers. Each flower was unique—just like every mother. The vibrant handprint art turned their tiny palms into symbols of love and appreciation. Crown Making – Honouring Our Queens The Class 4 Students set out to remind their mothers that they are indeed queens. Through a crown-making activity, children crafted elegant paper crowns adorned with glitter and heartfelt messages. The crowns were not just decorative—they were symbolic tokens of admiration and gratitude, meant to be worn by the true royals in their lives. Memory Book – Pages of Love The memory books created by the students of Class 5 are sure to be treasured keepsakes. Each page was filled with drawings, sweet memories, and photographs that captured their favourite moments with their mothers. The books served as emotional and lasting gifts, showcasing how deeply their mother’s love had shaped their lives. The celebration across all three classes was a beautiful reminder of the selfless love, strength, and warmth that mothers provide.
