St. Jude’s School Silver Jubilee Investiture Ceremony 2019-20

Great leaders, inspire other people to reach higher, dream bigger and achieve greater, they are trail blazers and create a path for others to follow.
The primary objective of school education is to prepare students for the future. This preparation includes training them to be prospective leaders. To help become responsible, new members of the prefectorial body of St. Jude’s School for the session 2019-20 were selected. The oath taking ceremony took place on the 27th of April, 2019.
Present on the occasion were the Principal, Mrs. V.R. Gardner, Vice Principal, Ms. M. Gardner, Coordinators, House Masters, House Mistresses and Teachers. The presence of the parents of our newly appointed Prefects made this defining moment memorable for all.
The Investiture Ceremony indicates the reliance and confidence that the school has in the newly invested office bearers. It was conducted with a high degree of earnestness and passion.
The Principal St. Jude’s School invested the new appointees with their position of authority. Our Vice Principal Ma’am Ms. Michelle Gardner administered the oath of office. After receiving the oath of maintaining fairness in judgment from each of the newly appointed student leaders, the Principal presented badges and blessed the members of the Prefectorial Body.
The following students were chosen to lead the St. Jude’s Students Community in this, our Silver Jubilee year.

The ceremony concluded with the Prefects walking down the aisle willing and ready to disburse duties and responsibilities in the most upbeat and assiduous manner. The vibrant show was marvelously blended with melodious songs by the school choir.
A special tea for all followed.
