The DIY Pop-up Easter & Spring Card Activity was conducted on the 17th April 2025 during the zero period for Class 8 students. The activity aimed to foster creativity, enhance fine motor skills, and deepen students' understanding of the symbolic meanings behind Easter and Spring.
Students designed and crafted handmade pop-up greeting cards, exploring themes of hope, rebirth, and joy. This hands-on experience encouraged artistic expression while helping students connect with cultural and seasonal symbolism.
Students creatively incorporated classic Easter imagery such as bunnies, eggs, flowers, and crosses, using vibrant materials like glitter, ribbons, stickers, and patterned paper. Each card was a unique reflection of individual creativity, carrying heartfelt messages of renewal, joy, and hope.
The Classroom was filled with enthusiasm and a spirit of collaboration as students eagerly exchanged ideas and supported one another. Teachers noted heightened levels of focus, careful craftsmanship, and pride in completing their projects. Many Students took the opportunity to experiment with new artistic techniques, demonstrating growing confidence in their creative abilities.
