Learn from many teachers as a bee tastes honey from many flowers
Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all. To acknowledge the challenges, hardships, and the special role a teacher plays in the lives of students. Teachers Day is celebrated religiously on the 5th of September each year.
This year our children left no stone unturned and celebrated Teachers Day is St. Jude’s School. As we entered our staff room we saw the beautifully decorated cupboards with our names on them. There was lots of excitement among children and teachers.
The children had put up a variety of programs to celebrate Teachers Day. The first presentation was a captivating Kathak performance by Sakshi and Devangi from Class 12th Sci A. Next was the dance performance of Garhwali, Punjabi, and Haryanvi songs by the students of Class XII. The group dance by the students of class XII was full of energy followed by a beautiful duet song by Shaurya and Prakriti.
In conclusion, the function ended with the speech and cake-cutting ceremony by our Principal Maám.
