FIRST TERM CHART COMPETITION CLASSES 3 TO 5 CREATIVITY ON DISPLAY
Posted on: 02 May 2025
Learning goes beyond text books at St. Jude’s School. It becomes more meaningful when it is expressed creatively. Chart Competition held on 2nd May, 2025 for classes 3 to 5 transformed the classroom walls into colourful exhibitions of knowledge, creativity and collaboration. Each class explored a unique theme focusing on Elements of Nature- Fire, Earth and Water. Time-tables, Birthday charts, House charts and other subject charts in all the classes incorporated the theme effectively. Beautifully designed door decorations created a positive learning environment.
Class 3 ignited their imagination with the theme- Fire. Bright red, orange and yellow colours filled the walls capturing the energy and the warmth of this dynamic element.
Class 4 embraced the theme of Earth as the foundation for the competition and connected deeply with nature. Students depicted the Earth’s beauty through vibrant drawings using green and brown colours. The charts explored topics like landforms, plants and ways to care for the environment. Green tones, earthy texture and nature inspired designs added warmth and meaning to every chart. The creative display turned the classroom into a little world of learning, rooted in nature.
Class 5 created waves of creativity with their water themed charts. Each chart reflected the calmness, strength and life-giving nature of water. Decorated with shades of blue, water raindrops and sea creatures, the charts created a peaceful, inspiring environment where ideas could flow freely- just like water.
The craftwork displayed in all the classes beautifully reflected the themes assigned to them. The colourful classrooms reflected the hard work, teamwork and commitment to learn in fun and engaging way.
Teachers and judges were impressed not only by the artistic skills but also the thoughtful messages behind the work. The Chart Competition was not just a display of knowledge- it was a celebration of imagination, effort and the joy of learning.
