St. Judes Team Wins The Reginal Finale of South Asia's Largest Steam Quiz Quest.

Largest Steam Quiz Quest.
The Quest Quiz Competition organized by the Eduace Group in collaboration with Amrita Pritam Vishwa Vidyapeetham showcased an exhilarating display of knowledge and skill among various participating Schools. The event commenced with an online Preliminary Round through which several teams successfully advanced to the Regional Finale hosted at Saigrace Academy International School in Raipur.
Six esteemed teams including Vintage Hall Indian Public School The Saigrace School Army Public School St. Judes and Oasis triumphed in the Elimination Round earning their Spot in the intense Final Round. The Final Round consisted of 20 buzzerbased questions segmented into categories offering varying point values for correct answers presenting a challenging yet dynamic Competition platform.
The question format in the final round added an element of strategy and risk with the point system structured as follows the initial 5 questions carried a score of +20 for a correct response and a deduction of -20 for an incorrect one. Subsequently the next set of 5 questions escalated to +30 and -30 marks followed by +40 and -40 for the subsequent 5 questions and concluding with the final 5 questions bearing a weightage of +50 and -50 marks.
Amidst the heated battle of wits and quick reflexes the team from St. Judes comprising Prakshal Jain and Mrigank Kakkar showcased remarkable proficiency and emerged victorious as the winners of the Regional Finale. Their impressive performance earned them the opportunity to advance to the prestigious National Finals scheduled to be held on the 20th of January 2023 in New Delhi.
The Competition not only highlighted the academic prowess and quick-thinking abilities of the participating teams but also served as a platform for fostering healthy competition and camaraderie among students from diverse educational institutions.
The success of the Quest Quiz Competition underscores the dedication preparation and intellectual acumen exhibited by all participants and it stands as a testament to the significance of such events in promoting Scholastic Excellence and Sportsmanship among our Students.
We eagerly anticipate the National Finals where St. Judes will represent the Region and continue to showcase their knowledge and talent on a grander stage.
