St. Jude’s School Wins the Quintessence Inter-School Quiz Contest 2024 hosted by Summer Valley School

The prestigious Inter-School Quiz Competition, Quintessence, was hosted by Summer Valley School, bringing together some of the most renowned educational Institutions in Dehradun. Many renowned Schools participated in the Competition but the six Schools that made it to the Second Level were St. Joseph’s Academy, The Tons Bridge School, Summer Valley School, St. Jude's School, Mount Fort School, and St. Patrick’s Academy.
The Final round of Quintessence consisted of nine challenging rounds that tested the participants' knowledge across a wide array of subjects, including general awareness, history, current affairs, sports, art and architecture, science, and awards. St. Jude's School was declared as Winners and won the Inter-School Quintessence Trophy 2024-25.
A significant contributor to this victory was Abhinav Semwal, a seasoned quizzer with six years of experience. Alongside him, Aviral Chhetri and Prakshal Jain also played crucial roles in the team's success. The School team was trained by Mr. K. Sundriyal, Ms. S. Tuli and Mr. Rakesh Singh. St. Jude's School has long been committed to fostering intellectual growth among its students, providing them with ample opportunities to excel in various fields, particularly in quizzing. This commitment is evident from the school's history of organizing inter-school events like Mindspree for the past twenty years.
