Junior School Republic Day Celebration in St.Jude’s School Junior Section
Celebrating Republic Day on a School Campus is a powerful way to instill national pride and civic responsibility in Students. It is a day to reflect on the values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity that form the foundation of the Indian Republic .
Republic Day Celebration for Classes III, IV and V involved a combination of patriotic activities and cultural performances such as dances, skits that highlighted India’s struggle for Independence and patriotic songs. These performances not only entertained but also educated Students about the country’s history and heritage.
A special segment of the Celebration was dedicated to our freedom fighters and national heroes. Students dressed up as iconic figures and shared their stories bringing history to life, a sense of gratitude.
It was a momentous occasion that brought patriotic fervor to young minds to the rich legacy and national pride in students.
The campus was adorned with the tricolour -saffron, white and green. The fusion of traditional and colourful costumes remind us of the rich heritage that weaves together. The spread of culinary delights symbolizes the Indian Flag.
Sweets were distributed among the students, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the flag was fluttering against the sky that evokes a sense of unity and respect for the nation.
Students stood up for the Natioanl Anthem ‘’ Jana Gana Mana’’ with pride and reverence.
