3RD INTER-CLASS CHART COMPETITION – KG-2 SHOWCASING CREATIVITY AND WINTER CRAFT
The 3rd Inter-Class Chart Competition for Classes KG to 2 was held on 21st January 2025 at St. Jude’s School, and it was a delightful showcase of creativity, teamwork, and artistic flair. The event aimed to inspire students to express their ideas through visually appealing and educational charts while also celebrating the craftwork they completed during the winter break. Each class participated enthusiastically, creating vibrant and imaginative charts on themes ranging from seasons, nature, and festivals to environmental awareness and moral values. Under the guidance of their teachers, students poured their creativity into charts featuring colorful drawings, innovative layouts, and thoughtful messages. What made this year’s competition even more special was the integration of the craftwork students had prepared during their winter break. From beautifully crafted crowns by Class KG students to colorful New Year calendar covers by Class 1 and 2D and 3D robot models of various shapes by Class 2, the charts reflected the hard work and enthusiasm of the young artists. These crafts were skillfully incorporated into the charts, adding a personal and unique touch to each creation. Each class showcased its creativity through diverse and innovative ideas, filling classrooms with vibrant colors and designs. The competition provided students with an opportunity to bond with their classmates on a whole new level, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Students also took pride in showcasing the work they had completed in class. The event also helped students discover their talents in art and craft. Every member of each class contributed to the displays, ensuring a collective effort in bringing their ideas to life. The Competition was judged on criteria such as originality, presentation, and creativity. The judges were impressed by the students’ ability to combine learning with artistic expression, as many charts not only conveyed important messages but also showcased excellent craftsmanship. The Results of the Competition were as follows: Class KG-D came First and KG-E stood Second. Class 1-A stood First and 1-D came Second. Class 2-D stood First and 2-C came Second. St. Jude’s School continues to nurture creativity and innovation in its students, and the 3rd Inter-Class Chart Competition was a shining example of this endeavour.
