The Council Junior Inter-School Song and Dance Competition

The Council Inter-School Junior Song & Dance Competition held on the 7th of October 2023 at Carman School in Dalanwala Dehradun was a fantastic event with the participation of nineteen prestigious Schools from Dehradun.
The Competition featured four categories Action Song Hindi Song Semi Classical Dance and Western Dance.
The enthusiasm and energy displayed by the children was incredible to witness. Mrs. Vibha Kapoor the Principal of Welham Girls School was the Chief Guest for the event while the judging panel consisted of Ms. Monika Kumari Mrs Ratna Manucha and Mrs. Anupma Kotiyal.
Our Schools students mesmerized the audience with their captivating Bhayanak Ras performance and emerged as Winners in the Semi Classical Dance category. This achievement is a result of the hard work and dedication of the students as well as the guidance and training provided by Mrs. Shama Sahni Kukreja, our Dance Teacher.
Congratulations to our Students on this impressive accomplishment. Such events not only showcase the talents of young individuals but also foster a sense of camaraderie and cultural exchange among different schools.
