On Thursday, the 9th of April, 2026, the Students of Classes 9 to 12 had the wonderful opportunity to participate in an engaging Zine Making Workshop organised by the National Book Trust. The Workshop introduced Students to the Creative World of self-published magazines, encouraging them to express their ideas through art, writing and design. The Session was highly interactive, allowing Students to explore their imagination and create unique Zines on themes of their choice. They were guided by experts Ms. Archi and Ms. Neha, who explained the concept, structure and artistic elements involved in making a Zine. Each participant received a copy of the book 'Exam Warriors’ by Shri Narendra Modi, along with a Certificate of Participation. Adding to their excitement, Students were also given refreshments, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the beautifully designed Bookmark given to each Student, featuring a QR code that provides access to nearly 7000 Books Online, an invaluable resource for young readers. The Festival concluded on a joyful note with the lively presence of Mr. Cheetah, the mascot, associated with the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya (National Digital Library), which added excitement and energy to the atmosphere. Students enthusiastically danced and interacted with the mascot, making the experience even more memorable. They returned to School - happy, inspired and enriched with new creative skills, making the day truly memorable.
