St. Jude’s School Students Participate at the Career Fair hosted by St. Joseph’s Academy, Dehradun
Gaining Insight, Inspiring Ambitions, and Shaping Future Pathways On Saturday, the 25th of April 2026, St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun hosted a well-organised and insightful Career Fair, with active participation from St. Jude’s School. A group of 35 Students from Classes 12 attended the Event, making it a truly enriching learning experience. The Event commenced with an inspiring inauguration by the Chief Guest, Mr. Goyal, a distinguished engineer and alumnus of IIT Roorkee. His motivating words encouraged Students to think ambitiously and explore diverse career possibilities. This was followed by an address by the Principal, Rev. Bro. Joseph M. Joseph, who urged Students to identify their interests and abilities while planning their future. The Career Fair featured participation from several prestigious National and International Institutions, including University of Southampton, Dublin City University, University of Limerick, University of Exeter, and IMS Unison University, among others. Representatives and experienced Counsellors provided valuable insights into a wide range of courses, admission requirements and evolving career opportunities. Interactive Sessions formed the highlight of the Event, enabling Students to engage directly with experts and gain clarity about career paths best suited to their interests and strengths. The Fair also emphasised the importance of Co-Curricular Activities in shaping a well-rounded personality, showcasing opportunities that contribute to holistic development beyond Academics. For the Students of St. Jude’s School, the experience was both enlightening and transformative. It broadened their perspectives and helped them better understand the dynamic nature of today’s Global Career Landscape. “The Career Fair was an eye-opening experience. It helped me understand the wide range of opportunities available and gave me clarity about my future goals”, shared one of the participating Students. Overall, the visit proved to be a highly informative and inspiring experience, equipping Students with the confidence and awareness needed to make informed career choices.
